Financial Controller
CRU Construction is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and finance operations at our Muncie, IN office. This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance with construction accounting standards. The Controller partners with leadership and project managers to provide actionable financial insights, strengthen internal controls, and support informed decision-making. This position also plays a key role in process improvement, ERP oversight, and developing a high-performing accounting team.
Traveling Superintendent
